Vice President of Wealth Management

What I do really well:

Helping people solve problems and fulfill their financial goals. Along the road to retirement, there are obstacles, setbacks, and navigating concerns that create uncertainty. My objective is to create a detailed road map for individuals and households to guide them to a successful retirement, financial self-reliance, and confidence in their future goals and aspirations.

Why I get up in the morning:

There is important work to be done. Far too many hard working individuals are not on track for retirement.  I wake up in the morning concerned about those people, and I get very excited to listen to their comments, concerns and challenges.  I have helped thousands of people over the years get on track for retirement, and seeing individuals successfully cross the finish line into retirement is amazing.

Plans I work best with:

I have a series 7 and 66 registrations with LPL Financial in addition to life and health licenses.  I work with clients in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada with all types of employer sponsored retirement plans, individual retirement plans (IRA’s), and personal investment accounts.  I have also earned the CRPC designation.

How I got here:

After completing my education at the University of Utah in Economics I worked in the banking industry.  I then transitioned over to the investment industry working for Morgan Stanley and the Principal Financial Group. Ten years later I am still privileged to work with individuals every day, and use that experience in the trenches with the clients I support. I got here by doing the right thing for each person I work with.

Who am I really:

I am a husband to an incredible wife of 16 years. I am a father of two competitive boys, and one beautiful daughter. Our family enjoys bike rides to Sugarhouse Park, waterparks, movie night, camping, and going to In and Out Burger. I am someone who enjoys backpacking, fly fishing, basketball, fantasy football, and DIY projects around the house.
